Meet & Greet: Free
All new patients must schedule a phone or virtual meet & greet to make sure Birdie Pediatrics is a good fit.
*all well visits are HOME visits
**sick visits may be telemed if possible
Birdie Membership ages newborn - 22 years:
$300 per month per child
Yearly well visits and unrestricted sick visits.*
* one time non-refundable enrollment fee of $100 per child or $150 per family
